IS TEXTURIZE GOOD FOR NATURALHAIR

So you’re thinking of getting texturize on your natural hair and still just can’t decide, well today posting is for you,Actually I sometimes get tons of messages from newbies Naturalistas saying that their hair is hard dry and stubborn and they want to get texturizer, that’s is why I decided to share this post with you guys who want to know more about texturizer

Mostly my recommend is always diy for those Queen’s who want to keep their hair moisturizer and also want a low budget product, that is where homemade hair products comes in to play, actually true be told Diy is my go to in my current natural hair journey, but most won’t say that’ because some says that diy hair product is very messy and other say I can’t do that NaturalHair thing,

personally I say if it is growing out of your scalp why won’t you do that natural hair thing, anyway long story short let’s get back to the topic because i don't have time for that.

A texturizer is a chemical process that slightly loosens your curl pattern instead of making it completely straight,When they offer you a natural hair relaxer it is called a Texturize, please know that there is no such thing call natural hair relaxer,it is all lies, try doing more research before jumping into anything like this.

The only difference between a relaxer and a texturizer is the amount of time the chemicals are left to react with the hair,

While a relaxer can be left on for long and a texturizer is left on for just 5-10mins Texturizers are also permanent. If you no longer want to commit to a texturizer, you'll have to cut off the treated hair or wait for new hair to grow in but If you like the results, you'll need to touch up your texturizer every eight to ten weeks.

If you think your hair is stubborn and difficult to manage then you need to use deep condition and moisturize, there are lot of YouTube videos people teaching other people how to make their own homemade hair product, you don’t have to use the same ingredients every time, firstly I will suggest you try out the recipes first and if you don’t like it then switch it up on your next Diy or you can buy a hair product that has water based.

I also know that 4c NaturalHair can get really dry that is why some Naturalistas is always looking for a quick fix, speaking of quick fix on NaturalHair, new post is coming up soon on that topic,

By the way Here are three natural hair products that I really love using to moisture my hair, alright my natural hair is 4c and 4b-check out my natural hair journey here or continue reading,

1, Shea Moisture Intensive Mask for dry hair $9.99

2, Eden BodyWorks Jojoba Deep Conditioner -Amazon, $8.99

3, I AM Hydeation Elation Intensive Conditioner - $15.99

Want more Deep conditioner to try out- well related topic is coming up soon.

Personally I will not recommend anyone using a texturizer but that is Your hair and Your choice only to make, just make  sure you’re doing it for the right reasons not the wrong reason, and it is very important you know what it really is,so that you are not deceived like me,because this was the main reason why I did the second big chop, here is a photo of my natural hair before using a texturizer,

Before
And
After
So as you can see it is not a form of natural hair treatment.
Alright this is what most texturizer companies are saying about their Products and what it will do for your hair,

    -Hair retains a natural-textured look

-More of hair’s actual length is revealed

-Enhances style versatility

-Enables you to more easily & quickly switch between

-natural-textured and smooth styles

-Improves detangling and overall manageability

all in all again I wouldn’t recommend texturizer to anybody who trying get healthy hair, this methods can ultimately cause long term damage to your natural hair.

Have you heard about natural hair relaxers? Have you tried it?

Has anyone recommended it to you?

Whats is your experience with texturizer.

Bye for now SoniaChic95
