Wash n Go NaturalHair

Happy new year and happy last day of January 2022,alright this blog post is long over due but I decided to post it anyway,my first time using Devacurl products.Let’s do this Wash and go together Kinky Coily Queens,Can you believe it,I’m actually using the full set of Devacurl products,I have been wanting to try this product line forever but its very expensive to use the whole set all together,so I decided to wait for Black Friday sales and this is what I got,alright beauties is the Devacurl products line and I am so ready to do my wash n go..

A wash-and-go for natural hair is all about embracing your curls or coils and making the process as effortless as possible.Here's a general breakdown to help you achieve defined,frizz-free curls

Cleanse: Start with a sulfate-free shampoo to gently cleanse your hair without stripping moisture,You could also co-wash use conditioner to wash your hair) if you prefer less drying.

Condition: Use a moisturizing conditioner to hydrate your curls. this is key to avoiding dryness later on. 

You might also want to apply a deep conditioner once a week to keep your hair nourished.Detangle: While your hair is still wet and conditioned, gently detangle with a wide-tooth comb or your fingers. 

This helps to minimize breakage.

Leave-in Conditioner:Apply a generous amount of leave-in conditioner or a curl cream to damp hair. this will help define your curls and provide moisture.

Curl Enhancer/Styling Gel: For added definition and hold, you can layer a curl gel or styling mousse over the leave-in conditioner,The key is to apply it evenly

by doing the fingers coils or shingling technique finger coating each curl

This will helps lock in moisture and fight frizz.

Dry: You can let your curls air dry for a more natural, soft look or If you prefer more volume use a diffuser attachment on a blow dryer.If you’re in a rush then use a blow dryer with a diffuser is a quick way to set your curls,

Fluff & Separate: Once your hair is dry,fluff it out gently with an afro pick or your fingers to add volume and separate curls.Be gentle to avoid frizz.

Maintain: At night,you might want to wrap your hair in a satin or silk scarf or use a satin pillowcase to keep your curls intact.
